last weekend I visited Charlotte and had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully decorated apartment. My 1st time in an apartment but it was great the place was clean and decorated gorgeously. The host checked in on my and responded very quickly when I reached out. This place was very convenient to alot of places I had to go and had very friendly neighbors. I really enjoyed my few days in Charlotte and will definitely be back to visit.

My son stayed here for his summer internship. Neighborhood very private and quiet, other tenants were friendly. It’s not a fancy complex but has a neighborhood feel. It was just what he needed. His first time living alone and felt very safe. Good for a short stay where you want more personal amenities and GREAT for an extended stay. Hosts are very proactive and checked in from time to time. If he interns in the area again next summer this host will be the first we reach out to!

The host was great and extremely responsive! The city of charlotte has to turn off the water to the complex due to a leak, and without hesitation, the host made us aware and sent us tons of water until the water was quickly restored. The place was clean, and as pictured and nearby a complex for a tournament we were at. Recommend!

The place was definitely decorated nicely inside. Place was clean and comfy. Now the area location is Fine if you are not bougie. Me and my girls isn't so we felt at home. The neighbors were definitely polite and spoke anytime they saw us. I did feel safe that the police monitored was in the parking lot. Location is definitely 15mins from uptown. Most of our activity was 15/20 min drive which wasn’t terrible but at the same time I wish we were closer to things. absolutely worth the money !!!! She provided snacks as well. Ohhh and the Bedrooms!!! I loved the setup.. very Cute!!!

The apartment is located on the bottom floor of the building with ample lighting in the parking lot and plenty of parking. The apartment complex was quiet, the neighbors were respectful and kept to themselves. The location is convenient to various grocery stores, restaurants on Independence Blvd and very close to McAlpine Creek Park. Inside, the apartment was very clean with the basic appliances, cookware and plenty of seasoning in the cabinets. Be sure to follow the directions to the apartment in the ad listing as GPS will place you on the road behind the building.
